Purpose. Concentric was created based on the simple belief that an organization’s existing relationships can be more rewarding. Unlocking this untapped growth potential is why we exist. While all of an organization’s relationships have value, we focus on leadership teams and corporate and institutional boards.

Method. With methods based in neuroscience +  communication dynamics, our Concentric Growth™ program overcomes the constraints of time, distance, and role / relationship conflict to accelerate alignment and decision making around key challenges and opportunities.

Founder​

Concentric was founded by Ariel Goldfarb, who has spent the past 20 years helping organizations better define the value they deliver, and is spending the next 20 helping them to create more value—collaboratively.

Concentric maintains a constellation of growth partners that are brought together as needed based on the unique requirements of each project.

About Ariel
Ariel has 20+ years of experience in research, marketing and strategy, both in the U.S. and overseas. Prior to founding Concentric Growth Partners, Ariel co-founded sister firm CurtisAlan Partners in 2003, a research and brand strategy consultancy.

Ariel has led research and strategy engagements for diverse brands such as Frito-Lay, Pepsi/Starbucks, Honeywell, Smithfield, Cargill, HP, Maui Jim, Winnebago, Zebra Technologies, MillerCoors and the American Medical Association.

Ariel guest lectures on the role of customers and brand on innovation at the Segal Design Institute at Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering. Previously, he was on the faculty of Northwestern University’s Medill School for 12 years, where he taught Brand Equity Management in Chicago, San Francisco and London. He is a recipient of the 2010 Faculty Teaching Award, holds a Bachelors degree from U.C. Berkeley, and a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications from Northwestern University.
